Paddy's Loft The Lake B&B

The hostel’s proximity to Lake Pichola ensured that we were treated to stunning sunrises and sunsets, painting the sky with vibrant hues of orange and pink.as evening fell, the hostel’s rooftop terrace became our sanctuary, offering panoramic views of the lake and the cityscape beyond. Whether we were sipping chai as the sun dipped below the horizon or stargazing under the night sky, the terrace provided moments of pure relaxation.Our incredibly welcoming host’s warmth and stories added charm to our stay in Udaipur.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the city. Our host Mr. Asif made sure our stay was a memorable one. Will definitely recommend.

I have stayed in this hostel before and loved it so much I came back. The manager is a really lovely helpful man keen to make sure his guests have a good stay. The decor is cute and unique and it's right on the lake and near the City palace.

We booked a private double room this time, which unfortunately was not as advertised as it clearly stated it had two beds when in fact it was one. I have to say the room is not priced correctly in my opinion, as it was by far the most expensive room we booked on this trip and although the room was cute and comfy enough with a nice private terrace, it was small and the bathroom is a little untidy with a broken door. If it had been a lower price and advertised correctly this would have been a full points review.

Paddy's Loft is the perfect choice for travelers, be it solo travelers, couples or groups. They have different types of accommodation, from dorms to hotel rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Aasif and his capable team make sure every need of yours is taken care of. It's perfectly located right by the lake and offers exceptional view. The city palace too is located a 5-min walk away. I can't recommend this place enough!
