Appartamento nuovissimo, pulitissimo e accogliente. Host gentilissimo disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Le spiagge calabresi sono stupende. Abbiamo girato e visto diverse calette davvero suggestive. Comunque , se non avete voglia di guidare, basta attraversare la strada e avrete spiagge a volontà. Torneremo sicuramente Consigliatissimo!

Everything was so great. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, towels provided, self check-in, so close to the beach, comfortable beds, hot shower. Just perfect

Sofa needs some repairment.

This property is scrupulously clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. Centrally located, short walks to both the beach area and the historical centre. Bed was very comfy and the best pillows we've had after staying in over 12 properties. Excellent communication with the host, via Whatsapp, Washer/dryer was efficient. Entry is via a numerical code on a keypad, then the door unlocks automatically sounding like Fort Knox!!! It's fantastic!!. "Next to Sea" is a lovely space to come home to after a full day of sightseeing.

Just a suggestion: Insect screens installed on the windows would mean being able to open the louvers to let fresh air in. At the moment, the flies get in.

All in all, very good. If you choose a city-centre apartment, it is unrealistic to expect complete peace and quiet. Nevertheless, it was unexpectedly quiet at night. Nice and new apartment and excellently equipped and close to the old centre. The host was remotely excellent in guiding the whole process of checking in and entering the apartment.

It's so clean and new with everything you might need for comfort and convenience. We love the kitchen and the overall layout. The bed is very comfortable. Parking is easy and feels safe on the street. Thank you for your hospitality.

The property looks brand new. Everything has its place. The decor is very well done and to a high standard. The front door locking system is like something out of a James Bond film, but very secure.

The apartment is on the ground floor and therefore leaving windows or doors open is difficult

The apartment was well equipped.

The empty lot by the building is totally trashed, which gives a shocking first impression. The towels and bedding reeked of strongly scented laundry detergent. There were scented aerosols everywhere.
