The check-in address is: 5700 Midnight Pass Road, Suite #2. Guests arriving after 18:00 must contact the property prior to arrival for check-in instructions. Parking for one vehicle only. Bike rentals are located at two different off site locations, 3 hours at a time from 9am- 5pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Fine but missed having outdoor space for reading and dinners."

Newly renovated interior. Beach access with fob.

No outdoor space associated with apartment. Lower levels had front and back patio space. TV not clear picture. No “garden view” - Parking lot view. Window sill should be padded to prevent further damage to refrig. When we arrived and saw dent we immediately took a picture and called Beach Management so we would not be blamed for it.

"We will be back"

There was no breakfast with the condo but the restaurants near by were fabulous! The location is out of this world, pool, water, trolley is a must, atmosphere and the people we met at this resort were so much fun!

We had only ONE disappointment. There were two of us staying for 5 days and was accommodated with only 2 washcloths for the bathroom and none for the kitchen. If that is the only thing we didn't like, I'd say they did PRETTY DARN GOOD!

"Best place to stay for couples"

Location close to beach with pool and fishing dock. Comfortable mattress, wagon & chairs for the beach.

TV in LR wasn’t working, slow drain and water flow was light in shower. No broom to sweep.

"We thought we were 0.9 miles to Siesta village not stigney point. Abit misleading booking.con"

The unit was fabulous.m, apart from the two rusty chairs which you wouldn’t have sat on

We were under the impression that the unit was on the ground floor, not for one minute did we think there were two flights of stairs. We thought we could sit outside on an evening just outside our place.

"Superb"

Feels like a Florida campground with all the beautiful trees, walking around, and the inter coastal waterway. we love that’s it’s smaller, not many guests and very quiet!

parking is sometimes difficult because guests don’t pay close attention to how they park, being considerate of others and attempting to make space. our room was fantastic! I only needed one thing….a soap holder for the bar of soap in the bathroom so we could prevent getting blue soap all over the white counter :)

A short walk to the beach. The room was very clean. The beach wagon and cooler was a nice plus.
