Perfect location easy to find located within hotel/apartment complex. Entrance guarded by security, it's not a shiny new place but definitely worth money. Got 1 spacious living room with functioning WiFi and smart TV. Kitchen also complete with utilities. Bedroom also very comfy. Aircond and fan all functioning well. Toilet is okay and all amenities functioning well. For those who looking to travel in budget, this place is super perfect. Rather than a coffin size style hotel room, this place is so spacious and oh so comfortable. Make you wanna stay inside all day haha. Definitely worth than hotel room for such price. Also the host is very helpful and friendly! Never enjoyed such pleasant stay in KK. Definitely will stay here again soon!

Nothing. All good. It's really worth for money!

1. There are quite a few things in the house that need fixing. The tiles outside the bathroom are damaged and dirty, and should be repaired. The kitchen blinds are not only broken, and dirty, they definitely need to be replaced. 2. The toilet flush is damaged and needs repairing. 3. What I dislike the most is the lack of privacy. The kitchen blinds are see-through, so people outside can easily see into the house. This really compromises the comfort of staying here. Please consider replacing them, tenants deserve privacy. (I provide picture from the outside of the house and from the inside) • On a positive note, the host was very kind and helpful and good thing about this house is the location. It’s right in the city center, so it’s very convenient to go anywhere. If these issues are fixed, I would definitely consider staying here again.
