"10/10 would stay again!"

Everything about Casa da Avó was fantastic. Our hosts met us upon check in to show us around the accomodation which was fully equipped. Machico is a quiet town but has all the ammenities you would need close by. There is a great view of the town from the terrace at the accommodation, lovely spot for a sunset drink or dinner. Riccardo and Dulce were very lovely and accomodating, Dulce even dropped by later on during our stay to drop off some fruit which was very kind!

Not a criticism, just a note for American and Australian travellers. There is no AC much like the rest of Europe, so it can get a little warm. However opening all windows gives a lovely cooling breeze which was perfect to sleep in :) .

L'emplacement est nickel. La vue est magnifique et les hôtes sont vraiment très sympas ! Un grand merci à eux pour leur acceuil et leur gentillesse. Ce n'est pas leur activité principale. Ils ont rénové la maison de leur grand-père pour y acceuillir des touristes. Un grand merci à Riccardo pour nous avoir emmenés à l'aéroport à 4h30 du matin.

Tout était parfait.

"Echt fantastisch! Een aanrader!"

In one word: fanthastic! Voelde ons meteen thuis! Alles en nog meer was er! Wij vonden het jammer dat wij maar 1 nacht daar Verbleven. Volgende keer zeker langer. Ook dicht bij het vliegveld.

House is on nice place in Machico, approx. 1 km from beach. There Is everything what you need for your vacation in the house. House is very clean and owners very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this accomodation.

Bardzo pomocni i mili właściciele. Apartament bardzo wygodny i wyposażany w potrzebne rzeczy: kosmetyki, naczynia, przyprawy, środki czystości, płyn do prania i nawet parasole. Cisza i spokój dookoła, piękne widoki, przed apartamentem miejsce parkingowe. Idealnie na dłuży pobyt.

Really lovely accomodation. Spacious, comfortable, clean, fully equipped kitchen. We only stayed for one night but will happily stay here again for longer next time we are in Madeira. The little touches like coffee pod machine, water and traditional cake provided, computer and TVs etc go a long way to making a great stay. Parking off road right in front of the property very handy. Highly recommend!

A self check in process would make things easier/smoother I think.
