Apartment 4

The location was very convenient!

It should have some more bedsheets and duvet cover to be able to utilise the sofa!

It could be a nice apartment with investment

Lots of things broke ie floor in bathroom, plug in bath, 2 radiators slight leak, bathroom window doesn't lock, amongst other things we have stayed in apartment 2 which was a lot better

Location is brilliant with local tram and train stations within each other. Parking located right behind the property at a reasonable price. The property had great facilities inside and was used.communication with the owner and gaining access to the property is so easy with the system in place.

It may have only been our apartment but some of the furniture was damaged (couch armrest broken but didn't affect the sleep comfort.) This is just minor as we were happy to have a place to sleep but I know there may be guests who would significantly mark down the property. Also, the noise of the train might disturb people but it only lasts 10 seconds every hour.

Good location, clean and tidy

Could do with a couple of lamps in the bedroom and some bigger glasses
