"Cheap and cheerful, value for money, but beware of cleanliness and cleaners"

Spacious and in great location for train, short walk to tram and buses. Nice bathroom, but with only access through bedroom it’s not a selling point for using the sofa bed as an extra bed, reduces privacy
Cleaning staff sat on sofa when we arrived(at check in time), told us we would have to go find a pub to wait at until they cleaned the flat. Flat wasn’t clean, right was very dirty, kitchen cupboard doors were not clean, arriving back at 11pm found tv batteries wouldn’t work the remote. Night trains shake the property as it’s adjacent to train station. Not sure spare bedding had been changed for clean, all felt damp.
