1. Good location in the centre of town, close to supermarkets and restaurants and a reasonable walk to the beach. 2. The apartment is equipped with all you need. 3. Apart from a few hiccups, the staff was fairly pleasant.

1. The checkin was not smooth. There were importantly links and things that they did not send but expected me to find them and did not send them until I pointed it out. Very confusing! 2. They should have sent a welcome video with instructions but did not even do it in the end. When I asked, all I got was a picture that said absolutely nothing. 3. I had to send a copy of my id and also a selfie. That seemed a bit over the top but perhaps it’s their measure of security. 4. The shower could be updated.

Ondanks de vriendelijkheid van de medewerker blijft het frustrerend om op deze onpersoonlijke wijze 'ontvangen' te worden. E-mail met uitleg ophalen sleutel louter in het Spaans. Online inchecken zeer omslachtig (het functioneerde ook niet naar behoren. Ondanks het correct volgen van de stappen lukte het niet, 5x herhaald de medewerker wat ik moet doen. Uiteindelijk na ruim een uur via een alternatieve route ingecheckt. Geef mij maar een Hotel met een behulpzame medewerker bij de receptie. Ipv van een Airbnb. zonder enig benul van het begrip Hospitality.
