The veranda in the room was very cozy.

WiFi didn't work in the room. The quality of the food in the restaurant is very poor. The hotel does not match the price and quality

"Its a great hotel over the lagoon"

The location is excellent right in the heart of the blue lagoon,the beach is all yours.breakfast is great.

The lights in the room were very dim.the refregrator didnt work.you have to walk like 2 kilos to reach the main street in oludeniz.

"Amazing beach and helpful staff but poor food quality and slow service."

The beach is simply amazing. Super convenient to be in front of the best beach in the area. The sea is like a pool, which is awesome for kids. Some members of the staff were incredibly helpful, specially Youssef, who was always willing to help the best way.

Food taste was way below average. The processes are not well organized. It would always take a very long time to get the orders delivered and we could see that the staff was uncomfortable and always having to rush. The team tasks could be better managed and workload better distributed between the staff members.

Beautiful private beach ( it is actually a lagoon with calm waters). .breakfast was great, on the terrace . watching the view

music was playing all day long. some quiet time on the beach would be nice

I was upgraded to a sea view room that had a fantastic view. Also breakfast was very delicious and filling.

I reserved a caravan but they all had problems like the safe box wasnt working or the toilet combination was noisy...etc so they offered to upgrade my room to a sea view (free) which was amazing. Everything else was excellent.
