Modern, clean and spacious apartment within walking distance to central Thessaloniki. Angel was always quick to reply and gave us some great tips for the area. Good kitchen. Smart TV. Nice living room.
Nothing to do with the apartment itself but if you're a light sleeper, the neighbours walking around upstairs might bother you occasionally, as the ceiling / floors seem very thin. But Angel was kind enough to reach out to the neighbours about this. The bed could be a bit more comfortable and less creaky. Parking is a challenge in the evening but we always found something eventually. It would be great to offer laundry detergent since there is a washing machine and it's not worth buying a whole pack for a short stay.

I didn't have any problem finding a parking spot close to the house but I don't know if I got lucky or if there is availability generally.

Evin konumu merkeze uzaktır, yürüme ile 20-30 dk.Daire girişinde sürekli izlendiğiniz bir güvenlik kamerası vardır. Bina eski ancak ev güzel dekore edilmiştir, ortalama bir temizlik .
21-24'ağustosda kalmayı planladığım daire için, 20 ağustos 23.55 da( bunu özellikle yazıyorum günlerini işgal etmememe ve müşteri kaybına sebep olmamamıza rağmen) yanlışlıkla 20-23 tarihleri için rezervasyon yaptığımı 24'ünde dairesine 17.00 civarında giriş yaptığımda anladım. Kendisine yaptığım hatayı kabul ederek ; bize iyi niyetle yaklaşmasını gerekirse hatam bazında 50 euro ödeme de yapabileceğimi belirtmeme rağmen asla kabul etmeyerek; özetle yaptığınız hata sizi bağlar nezdinde konuşarak, kalmadığım (20 ağustos) tarihini, 24 üne taşıma için bizden ekstra 70 euro elden para talep etti. Mağduriyetimizi kullandı. İyi niyetli bir insan değil. Daire girişindeki kamera fanustaki bir fare gibi hissettiriyor.

Sve je prelepo, stan je kao nov,na dobroj lokaciji i sto je najvaznije ima slobodan parking ispred zgrade koji se ne naplacuje. Vlasnik je ljubazno odgovarao na sva nasa pitanja i izlazio u susret.

Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable. It had every amenity you could think of and the host was very responsive and helpful.
