The host Nicole and Esteven are very polite people and so friendly and the their villa are so beautiful with all facilities except no kitchen can be used by the clients. They prepared good breakfast and presented in very nice way

The villa was advertised without the details of how it has a communal entrance with the host ( owners ) of the property and how they live on the ground floor and have guests live on the top floor with no privacy at all ! No door to have any privacy either just an open staircase .this is not mentioned anywhere on the site on booking.com. I was not renting a room in someone house as a B&B on Airbnb , I was renting a whole villa and was expecting some privacy and proper services which we didn't get. No bathroom drain stopper so unable to use as a bathtub for a bath , can only use as a sanding shower ! When there info on the site says bath available. To make matters worse there was no supply of hot water in the bathroom. The swimming pool for which they show such beautiful pictures is attached to the side of the Vila where the landlords live , and has cold water ! So is not accessible and even if it is one can't even relax in it. Info on the website also says they have heating , but there was no heating available in the cold weather that we visited ! The owners would come up and switch it off and then half the time not know how to put it back on . The entire property is like a house and indeed the owners were using it as their own living space with all there belongings scattered across the floor. We were looking for a scissor in the cupboard that was on the rented floor that we were on and the owners rudely said that it was their personal belongings and that no one was allowed in there ! Well then don't put your personal precious belongings in a space where you are opening the doors to some strangers - I.e your guests at the property ! Also you should empty the cupboards so that the guests can place their items !

The furnishing was suboptimal , used furniture , uncomfortable bed , with not even a warm blanket provided or extra bedding provided to keep oneself warm because the heating was not there anyways ! Furnishing of the space was old and used, haphazard , cluttered , disorganised , just overall not attractive There was no safe to put in your passports , money , jewellery etc and so we had to carry it around with us every time we left the villa. The location of the villa is good to see some views but is far away from all local attractions and also from Barcelona centre , and when you don't understand Spanish , it's difficult to navigate in a new city , so hiring a taxi every-time to get to the main attractions was very expensive . The owners of the villa did help with some navigation around the area , as in took us to the nearest bus stop on their way out but that was about it . The breakfast is a cold breakfast , nothing warm to serve on it apart from tea/ coffee which is far from ideal especially when they have their kitchen downstairs , Spanish eggs were served everyday but those were cold ( microwave was provided but that not equivalent to be served a hot breakfast ). However the breakfast was of good quality to I will give them some points there. We paid a hefty amount for the 3 nights we were stuck at this villa as we paid upfront now knowing that we will be conned ! Half the services mentioned on their website are not on offer and what is , is out of order. Ridiculous property and hosts. Internet worked fine Would never recommend this until unless you want to have a feeling of living in someone's house and feeling all uncomfortable by the hosts presence .

We felt very at home. The owners treated us like family and walked with us to one of their own favourite coffee shops. The accommodations were spotless.

Perfect location for city break. Cosy apartment with full access to swimming pool. Very, very nice owners who gave us plenty tips and advices about our trip. Lovely breakfast. Everyday fresh bread and baquet from local bakery. Freshly squized orange juice every morning. Fresh coffee and everything. HIGHLY recommended !!!!!!
