Duplex Terra - Casillas Valle de Ayora

La amabilidad y disponibilidad del dueño. Fue muy educado y agradable, flexible con nuestra hora de entrada y salida. Nos dió mucha información sobre los sitios para visitar y buenas recomendaciones.

El apartamento está genial. Nuestro pero es para la oficina de turismo del pueblo. Recomiendo llamar antes a los sitios a visitar como la cueva de don Juan, ya que cuando fuimos estaba cerrada, nunca nos cogieron el teléfono y por ningún lado lo avisaba. Siendo fin de semana, la oficina estaba cerrada cuando su horario ponía que estaba abierta. También, para cenar un fin de semana en cualquiera de los restaurantes del pueblo hay que reservar, sino imposible encontrar hueco. Así que recomiendo reservar todo con tiempo antes de hacer el viaje. P.d. El apartamento no cuenta con piscina propia, hay que ir a la pública que está a unos 6-7 mins caminando.

The property is clean and fairly well equipped, however it is nothing like the photographs. The hairdryer was very nice.

The properties is old and very badly decorated, in fact it is grotty. Luckily, we just wanted to sleep there but if we had been looking for somewhere to spend any time at all, we would’ve been very disappointed.

The property was spacious and clean, the guest Alex was very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend any of his apartments, he takes great care of them.

The apartment has lots of rooms for its size, a very comfortable lounge and functional dining space. It was extremely cute and well looked after, although an old building. There were only 2 of us but we would happily have stayed with our 3 adult sons as well if they'd been there. Two toilets was a bonus. The host was highly responsive and helpful. Parking was free and safe just a short walk away.

We enjoyed self-catering but the tip is to get your groceries from Ayora on the way in. The restaurants in Jalance that say they are open on Google weren't. Even the grocery stores nearby were closed, closing or had very little in the way of food for dinner cooking. This is just a heads up for visitors and not a criticism as the town itself was very cute and we were happy about it and it's location. The one down side to the apartment was that the shower mount is in a strange place which made it impossible to stand under and instead required you to use the hand held hose.
