USWe attended for CCMF. I liked the beds setup because it allows for flexibility when traveling with kids and family. Nice pool area only a 5 min walk. 20 min Uber XL to downtown Myrtle was about $30. World Tour golf was 5 min walk as well. Very clean, came with beach stuff like chairs and towels. Unit felt new so the renovation worked! I would stay here again.
Internet was slow. No paper towels or toilet paper so bring your own. Kitchen knives are dull.

During our stay on 12/19/25 to 12/20/25, all smoke and carbon monoxide alarms did not work and beeped the whole time we were there. Heating system did not work at all and VERY little hot water. Place was nice and modern but very poor on the major necessities needed.
USCondo was very clean and fully furnished with ample towels and blankets! My family was very comfortable staying here. Safe area and quiet during our stay. Property manager was very responsive, we had to call the number provided with a question and immediately picked up. We didn’t get to use the community pool since it was raining during our stay, which was unfortunate.
Door lock was slightly confusing until we figured it out.

USCentrally located. Elevator access to 2nd /3rd floors. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had nice size t.v.'s. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. 3 bedrooms 3 baths, very spacious.
I do not recommend messaging the host through the app. The ac was not working and after a day in a half with no response I did call the number provided, my fault for waiting. However the issue was taken care of in a timely manner was we spoke. One of the mattresses in the queen double room could be replaced.( can feel the coils). adding a TV to the 3rd bedroom would be an added bonus.
