Apartment was spotless clean with comfortable beds. We were given all necessary information in advance, and photos of parking place. The host greeted us in the morning, as we arrived late the evening before, and she was super nice and helpful. Location is more convenient for someone with a car. We didn't use public transport so we cannot give more info on that

Location was in exact center and you can visit city in walking distance.

We were relocated by host in a building that was in reconstruction at this moment. Reason provided by host water problems. Original booking should have free parking on street and 3 bedroom. Relocation was in center of the city that you need to pay for parking and the flat has only 2 bedroom so we had to stay in one bedroom 4 people. We do not have time to make other booking because we were informed about this the day before our arrival. Wooden floor was so noisy that you can wake up everybody in both bedrooms. No A/C there fore we open windows during night unfortunately due to reconstruction process we were awake at 8am from hammering and drilling. Due to location we need to park our car in 10min walking distance with large cases this is unpleasant. After we left I have received a message from booking that my reservation was canceled due to non arrival. I have added one picture of information plate about reconstruction.

Unfortunately, but I am very disappointed and angry. I cannot rate this apartment because the day before our arrival at 21:20 the host informed us that the location of our stay is changed (without any explanation, with only promos of upgrade). The host seems dishonest and doesn’t communicate appropriately with us. Actually, it isn't a host but this is an agency that doesn't care about their guests at all.We got the apartment MrHost Central on Piata Sfatului 2 in the centre of Brasov and the location could only be advantage but not for us. Below a few disadvantages of new location: 1. Lack of parking spaces in the vincinity of the apartments. This was very important for us choosing Casa du sus. 2. Noisy neighbourhoods, as in the centre of the city. 3. It isn't the place for traveling families. 4. The building was under renovation. The construction works were carried out from the morning. Ruined and smelly corridors. No lights in the corridor of the building. 5. mold and fungus on the walls inside and outside. 6. Creaking floors in the apartment. 7. Very small fridge in the kitchen. 8. Strange smell in the living room 9. Puddles of urine in the gate and corridor. It seems that locals and tourists treat this place as a public toilet. If we had seen some photos of the apartment (mainly outside of the apartment) beforehand and known the location of the apartment or the conditions inside, we would never have made this choice. The worst place/ apartment we’ve ever been in this beautiful country.

Great hospitality and welcoming. The house has everything and very convinient especially for kids.
