Convenient location but a little hard to find. Cabin was clean and well organized. Free Netflix was a nice bonus. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Rundown old smelly stables turned into a "lodge" ?? No doubt saw this place in a movie once... It didn't end well.

Lady at front desk was friendly and checking-in and checking-out were convenient.

The floors had not been cleaned in what seemed like forever. Our feet were completely black just from walking from the bathroom to the bedroom. There were bugs everywhere covering the ceiling and the countertops. Overall the cleanliness of the place was gross and I would not stay again.

The email confirmation failed to provide the necessary information to find our specific cabin. "Reservation not found." The cabin number was not provided, and there were no signs to guide us in the park after arrival in the dark. We were unable to speak directly to the park management and had to wait for a return phone call to receive instructions on how to get to the cabin. The person was unfamiliar with their "new" software application for reservations and required a good amount of time to find the information. Our arrival was very disappointing!
