Piraeus Marina Haven 3

It is very cosy place near the beach. We manage to park near by each time, but it was not so easy at late night. Regular parking is free of charge for all days. The marina is very nice, almost spectacular with a lots to see and to enjoy at the evenings. Apartment has very nice appliances (everthing for preparing food and eating, nice AC, as well as dishwasher, washer machine and dryer). We stays for ten days in august and we have no issue with heat.

The apartment has no balcony, because it is located at lover ground level (luckily there are windows with not spectacular views but still could be open to enjoy fresh air). So we find it hard to dry wet clothes (but there is big dryer). Hot water sometimes dissapere during evenings.

Decorated to a very high standard. Even though everything with the booking was either through email or wasap, all queries were dealt with straight away. Place was spotless & fully equipped with everything you would need.

Μόνο αρνητικό ότι δεν είχε ζεστό νερό. Έχει ένα κουμπί που το πατάς κ πρέπει να περιμένεις 20’ να ζεσταθεί το νερό το οποίο ήταν πάντα χλιαρό όχι ζεστό. Δυο μέρες δεν καταφέραμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο με ζεστό νερό.

Beautifully decorated and well-equipped, spacious apartment. Super clean. Very close to the Marina.

It was not a problem to us that it was halfway under street level. If you need a view, it's not for you.

Clean, spacious and convenient

The mattress was hard, the shower was at best like warm in the mornings and the light over the front door was too bright and lit up most of the unit with no off or dimming switch.

Everything was excelent !
