Location was excellent, less than 10min walk to piazza Tasso and 5min to station. Lots of spacious rooms, great aircon and 3 large balconies off principle rooms and bedrooms

It’s a bit dated and could do with some enhancements. The beds were very rigid and uncomfortable. And whilst some will love the aloe Vera memory foam pillows, me and my 3 friends did not. Cannot beat a regular feather (or foam) pillow set. We had a small hic up one night when we had no hot water, but it was very quickly resolved by Maria, who looked after us extremely diligently and we were able to then have our showers et cetera that evening.
