PLININBRChoose Any Other Hotel Instead of This One I stayed at Arnna Hotel, and people should know that it was a terrible choice. The location is awful, there were cockroaches walking through the restaurant, the mattress was uncomfortable, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathrooms had a terrible smell. However, the worst part was the manager (Tejas Mangela). At checkout, we were overcharged for laundry and food services. This happened while we were about to leave for the airport so we wouldn’t miss our flight, even though we had requested the bill in advance. He promised to refund the incorrect charges, claiming that the laundry staff member was not present at that moment. After that, several fabricated excuses were used to justify the amount that was charged. There was a complete lack of transparency in the calculations, and even after acknowledging that nearly one hundred dollars had been wrongly charged, they still refused to refund our family. This goes against all standard hotel practices. Dishonest staff. Do not trust this place. Choose any other hotel.
