Holbury B&B

Lovely and very kind host. Good value for money. Clean and the recently redecorated like the chesterfield sofa in the landing upstairs. Comfortable bed. We had lovely walk in Beaulieu just 5mins drive and 20mins to Southampton. Had a lovely stay thanks James for the suggestions where the nice spot is. Coming back again with my daughter.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Only stayed 1 night, but I'd be happy to stay longer. I arrived late and a little drunk following a family funeral, but the owner had waited up for me and guided me to my room. Patience of a saint.

A friendly little B&B in a very quiet neighbourhood. Our host was very friendly and helpful, available yet not overbearing. Off road car parking was useful. The shared facilities wasn't a problem to us and we met another friendly guest in the kitchen. Breakfast was a help yourself type and was toast and cereals, basic and adequate for what we wanted. If you want more then you can take it with you there is a microwave which is free to use and a toaster. Its not a 5* accommodation and doesn't advertise its self as such and the price in this area is reflective of the facilities on offer. If you like friendly basic accommodation then this is the place for you!

Nothing it was as advertised. Everything was made clear on booking and we had a nice evening.
