"Superb"

The appartment is situated in a rather calm neighbourhood, away from the crowds. It's a great location to explore the town, 20min walking to the beach, close to local bakeries and supermarkets. The appartement is well equipped and spacious. Emanuela is very helpful and always responds quickly.

It would be great to have AC, especially for the nights (there are many mosquitos if you sleep with windows opened).

"Absolutely perfect"

Exceptionally clean, modern, comfortable, spacious location surrounded by shops and restaurants, walking distance to all the important locations. Very friendly owner who greeted us at the train station and offered us a lift to the property, she also offered us Italian breakfast including coffee capsules, cookies and milk as well as fruit from their own garden.

Central location in Sestri Levante, 20min walk to centre and beaches. Spacious appartment with two balconies. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Very responsive agent!

For hot summer days > 30 degrees the appartment would unfortunately need an air conditioning. With such investment, the appartment would be top!

"Excellent stay"

Clean, well equipped kitchen and 2 handy toilets, friendly and supportive host when we arrived later than expected. Private parking with shelter is a big plus during rainy days.
