The host is very accommodating. The location was great.

Reformado, ordenado y muy equipado con aire acondicionado, lavadora, secador de pelo, wifi... En el centro de la toscana, perfecto para recorrerla entera. Tenia un aparcamiento gratis y con sombra a 5 minutos caminando.

No tenia ascensor pero si montacargas para las maletas.

Struttura accogliente e ben curata, piccola ma completa di tutto. Ospiti coccolati con piccoli dettagli come la crema corpo all'olio d'oliva toscano... Tutto a portata di mano, risto bar letteralmente "sotto casa", affaccio su una piazza ampia e piena di vita la sera, ma basta chiudere le finestre e accendere il condizionatore per godere di un ottimo relax notturno. Filippo disponibilissimo e cortese.

Giusto un suggerimento: le zanzariere alle finestre e uno scaldavivande/microonde sarebbero utili.

We were in Empoli for a wedding and the apartment was perfect, comfortable and close to everything.

Great location, place is great for a short stay.

Bathroom is too dark and the square in front of the building is noisy in the evening.

Cristina and Filippo are great, were available for questions and help. The appartment is comfortable, cozy, nicely decorated in a more modern way, specifically the kitchen and bathroom are great. The bed is really cozy. There were some extra objects for our use - like an iron, a good hairdrier, good bodywash AND shampoo (not 2 in 1 xD), extra blankets, nice pots and pans, cups, some food and coffee for our use. This made us feel at home and like nothing was missing. Really nice location, 5min walk from train station.

The only disadvantage is the elevator, kind of works but kind of doesn't. We just used the stairs which was ok with us (3rd floor).
