Ease of locating the place and the owner prompt directions. Very professional

The room has a boiler fitted, so anytime any occupants use the toilet or any of the taps in the house, the boiler will kick on trying either to generate hot water or circulating gas for heaters. Sleeping was terrible because this happened unexpectedly. I don't know if boilers were fitted in every room but mine, which is No 1 has a boiler, and it created strange noise every now and then

"Most of the time it was lovely until the boiler turned on."

Glad that I had a double bed and a TV to watch shows when I was bored.

I did not like that there was a boiler in the room and that it turned on every so often which woke me up.
