The Jade Highlands Mountain View 2 bhk Villa

We stayed at The Jade Highlands (Mountain View Villa) in Kodaikanal and had a truly happy and peaceful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The caretaker took excellent care of us. We travelled with our 2.1-year-old baby, and they even prepared special baby food just like how we make at home. It felt just like staying in our own house. Thank you and the team for the warm hospitality!

Excellent stay!

The place was exactly how it was described. Calm, away from the buzzing town, but not too far. It was clean and comfortable with all the essential features for a HomeStay facility. Availability of Homemade food and a caretaker was very helpful which is a luxury for a Homestay facility at this price.

the food was very good in taste and affordable. the barbeque was also good. the cook was really good.

1. the bedsheets and blankets were very dirty 2. the towels were dirty too, they had stains on them 3. the caretaker seemed nice at first, but he took our key away one night without informing us. 4. the host, omg where do I start. Firstly she was very rude on the phone, then she also made sure I paid for a table I did not break (like excuse me, red flag much?) 5. the geyser wasn't working and we had to shower with cold water in winter 6. no drinking water, they were most probably serving us tap water, atleast that's what the caretaker told us. 7. there were bugs all over the place 8. the caretaker tried to charge more money for the food, but it could have been a genuine mistake

need to buy water on our own, on the day of arrival they will provide complimentary 5l water can if need more there will be charge for that..
