Nina's Home

In the middle of Old town 40 meters from bus stop to FS station. Neat and clean and very well equiped, not only milk, butter, snacks but also fire extinger and a first aid kit. The host Giovanni is nice and very helpful.

A genuine 10/10 apartment. Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, great WiFi, really comfortable and a fabulous host. I wish we could have stayed longer. A really nice benefit of the apartment is the superb location in the centre of town with free private parking directly in front, you don’t need to leave you car/bike at a lower car park then hike your way up with all your luggage.

Nina's house was one of our best lodging experiences. The home was very conveniently located in old town. The home well furnished and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen. We appreciated all the amenities i.e. breakfast, coffee, tea and snacks. Nina's house was one of very few places in Orvieto with parking, let alone free parking. The free reserved parking is literally right outside the door. There is a small grocery store right across the street. The host was very accommodating and professional. Please book without any reservations. This is a great place.
