Location, spacious & layout was good. We loved the additional living area.

Decor downstairs needs refreshing. Water marks over ceiling of extension, toilet seat hanging off & dirty water coming up through drain in ensuite shower, garden not secure as gate has been smashed off, bifold doors not secure, poorly fitted, glass held in with 'spacers' one of the pains of glass was smashed & cracked, blinds in living room broken, cigarette ends & refuse all over drive & rear garden. The standard of cleaning was poor with dust & musty smell throughout. I'm

"Great property, very clean and modern and had everything we needed."

The space was perfect for what we wanted, a group of friends all meeting up in Bristol for a weekend. Appliances were great, everything we needed. Very clean and modern and cozy.

The main bin inside hadn’t been emptied and we were told we could check in early but when we arrived the cleaner hadn’t finished yet. Which wasn’t too much of a problem.
