This hotel is good to stay for a couple of hours for sleeping if you have a long transit time at IGI airport and you able to go out before your local flight. However, NOTE, it is not 50 m from the airport, you need to take a taxi. More like 3km.

It is total value for money, room service was really responsive.

Food and location were decent

Room is okay but very basic and a bit dingy. Has no windows, no utilities like a watercooker and it doesn’t come with a complementary bottle of water. The room and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The bedsheets and chairs were stained, not very clean-looking, plus there was lots of dust in the room. Communication with the hotel went very poorly, the desk staff wasn’t so friendly and the manager not accommodating at all. I pre-ordered a taxi two days in advance, to get from the airport to the hotel, and they forgot to book it. After I contacted them because there was no taxi, they booked a new one but it took very long and I ended up waiting outside the airport for 1,5 hours. When I arrived in the hotel they still made me pay the full amount for the pick-up which to me seems super inappropriate. They offered nothing to compensate, after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation clearly they didn’t seem to care. Someone from the staff knocked wrongly at my door at midnight, waking me up while I was trying to get some sleep before my 3AM flight. I don’t know why because I put up a ‘non-disturb’ sign. The hotel was not quiet at all. People were running down the hallway, talking very loudly in the lobby and playing music/watching tv on high volume. Doors were being slammed closed in the middle of the night. On the positive side, the food was decent. To me the overall price was too high for what I got in return, but at least the hotel was close to the airport. I would advise the staff to pay more attention to what they’re doing and taking better, friendlier care of the customers. The staff seemed highly incompetent. I chose this hotel to get some rest during my long layover, I would not advise anyone to choose this hotel.

Nothing .. Stinky sewer smell in bathroom The bed cover looked old ...they needed to be thrown away.. towels were ugly looking..I was looking at some one's dirty roof top where people were washing clothes I made them clean my room again...they use buckets to clean the rooms with minimal stuff... not sanitary

Everything ...I would not go back...plus it's not a 4 star It's 3star or less... unfriendly staff in reception area...

It’s a good property for local business people and Indian tourists. Comfortable. Sufficient.

The staff do not have good English skills. That’s ok they have plenty of local clients. I need to choose properties where English is a 2nd language.
