Cath's Loft

Location: Amazing. It's a 4-minute walk to the port, bus stop, and taxi. There are food places and nightlife everywhere. I don't think any of the places you will enjoy will take more than a 10-minute walk. Our friends were staying on the other side of town, and the wedding we attended was on the opposite side up on the hill. We never ordered a taxi, and we rode the bus to the beaches. We were in the perfect location. Noise: Fairly quiet. It's in the middle of town, and so close to the nightlife. There is no nightlife directly neighboring the place, so you won't hear anything at night. Skopelos, in general, is fairly quiet. You'll hear motorcycles during the day, but that's typical, and nothing closing the windows can't fix. There are only two properties in the building, both owned by Katerina. You will hear some noise in the staircase if someone else is staying in the property below, but its only for when they leave and enter. It didn't happen very often, and it was never too loud. You just need to be mindful so that you don't bother them in the staircase, either. Host: Host was very communicative, attentive, and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and a cleaner came by once, though we were at the apartment while she came. She was super kind and funny! And didn't bother us at all; only came to give us new towels and take our trash. If I recall correctly, Martina was her name. Check-in: Easy. The host will text you the lockbox code. Place: We never used the kitchen. It was small but had everything you would need. There was a fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. There is a laundry washer and a drying rack outside. The patio was amazing. We stayed there whenever we had free time. The bed and pillows were comfortable. TV had some streaming platforms. A/C worked amazingly against the heat. I loved waking up to the view outside the windows.

It was a home away from home and we had splendid views of the port and total privacy. Our host was so helpful and the home was bright and airy.

Check in problemlos mit key locker. Den Host habe ich nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, aber Kristos, den Vater, der gleich am 2. Tag die fehlenden Blinds auf der sehr schönen Terrasse montiert hat.

Die dünne Bettdecke war etwas abgenutzt und nicht gewaschen. Flecken. Dank vorhandener Waschmaschine konnte ich das selber machen. Die Zierkissen auf dem Bett haben leider auch gemieft und ich musste sie auf die Terrasse legen. Etwas wenig Stauraum für die Kleider. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende einer steilen Gasse und die Taxis weigern sich dahin zu kommen. Im Haus selber geht es eine sehr enge und steile Wendeltreppe hoch in den 2. Stock. Man muss fit sein😉

Ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα...καθαρό και κεντρικότατο με υπέροχο βεράντα και πανέμορφη θέα!!!Η ιδιοκτήτρια σκέφτηκε και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια για την καλύτερη λειτουργία του σπιτιού!!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Πολύ ομορφο διαμέρισμα με καταπληκτική θέα και ακριβώς στην καρδιά της χωρας!!! Αν ξανά πηγαινα σκοπελο σίγουρα θα αναζητούσα ξανά το ίδιο δωματιο!!!

Minimalistic, clean and comfortable in an excellent location with a beautiful sea-view terrace . Communication with the owner was very good and the apartment was equipped with everything I needed.
