Unit 11 Kaiteri Apartments and Holiday Homes

Very comfortable ground floor studio, close (walking distance) to the beach and aqua taxis for trips to the various bays on the Abel Tasman coastal track. Apartment was very clean, with parking provided next to the apartment.

Our ground floor studio (No 11) was below a 1st floor apartment (No10). They are timber frame construction with very poor sound insulation between the floors - every footfall upstairs could be heard downstairs, as well as tv/music etc. Our studio had a little seating area outside, but is screened by plants and the overhanging balcony of the upstairs apartment, hence gets very little sun. We only stayed 2 nights, but unfortunately the people upstairs had decided to give their apartment a spring clean, dragging furniture across the floor from 7am Sunday morning, and shaking mats out over the balcony onto us whilst we sat on our little terrace trying to drink coffee!! We may have just been unfortunate, but the noise issue could be a problem.

Excellent location in Kaiteriteri, close to beaches, water taxis and entrance to Abel Tasman NP. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Own parking.

Proximity to the beach; Almost instant warm water; Very comfortable bed; All necessities (and more) provided.

Fire alarm went off in the night (only 1 out of the 18 nights I spent there).

Fabulous accommodation, very comfortable bed, clean, tidy and close to the beach.

Quiet block,spaciou unit,great location,very clean and tidy,easy to check in/out.Everything is so excellent for travelers.
