A very brand new condo i can say. very comfy & clean. Amenities all are new & complete for short stay. Importantly very near to restaurant, just 1 min drive to new hotplace for youngster hangout area behind the condo & across the condo. Suitable for young people were night life is happening. During daytime its very quiet. Overall its nice.

Sound insulation not quite there. Can hear noises from the vehicle (near busy highway), KTV (nearby) & and the top unit neighbour quite active at night. Can hear the walking & moving furniture sound. But overall its a good place to stay if you are a heavy sleeper.

Clean , simple and nice , all basic needs (hair dryer, iron, towels, shampoo , shower gel) are provided . Convenience stores and food are nearby. Easy chk in + chk out also 1of the main reason i will definately come back for sure the next time i visit penang. Highly recommended especially for small family. Not forgetting the nice view from bedroom too.

The squeaking sound of the door hinge quite annoying, please take note and do something about it.
