Absolutely beautiful highly recommend

因为当天我们在路上塞车比预订的时间晚到了两个小时，工作人员一直等到我们交给我们钥匙后才下班

因为是一个大的家庭出行，预订了两间房，但是两间房子相隔的比较远，希望后面来的朋友可以了解到，不同房型意味着距离有点远

Nice and spacious. Comfortable for my family. Towels and soap were provided which is so good. My family likes swimming pool and hot tub.

There’s nothing I don’t like

Location Staff were brilliant at arranging a refund-we did not stay during to dissatisfaction of property.

The property was run down, dated, smelt very strong of dog and felt unclean.

Location was lovely very quiet, accommodation at lake side was really cosy and you have a full kitchen to cook. enjoyed seeing all the baby moor hens on the lake. The only thing is we were at the end lodge and there’s one car park you have to carry your luggage to the accommodation. Friendly staff, ideally you’d need a car to drive around the area and to drop the keys back off to reception in the morning.

Shower was dirty on the shower rack (body hair) and had no shower gel left. Asked for more and was given shampoo. The floor was very worn in the accommodation needs replacing as it was lifting when walked on.
