The room is in a new built building with extremely good quality materials, it has every item and facilities you need in a cozy space. The owner is very good guest, comprehensive and always ready to help you.
The bathroom is very small. When you wash your hands at the sink, water spills down the floor because is really tiny and you have to bend your legs siting on the toilet.
