Brilliant stay

Great location near the sea, beautiful inside and very clean. Lovely touches, flowers, milk and chocolates. Free parking too. Very comfy bed.

So so clean and homely everything smelt so nice - lovely flat lots of generous home comforts provided -tea coffee sugar and everything else you would use at home which was really appreciated ! Sea viewed from the property and we took a few walks with our dog along the sea path (a few minutes away )with a coffee -lovely quiet and relaxing , we visited Christchurch Sandbanks Southbourne and Boscombe which took 30 minutes or so to get there but it worked out well , we enjoyed our stay and were lucky enough to have a later checkout offer as it’s a quieter seasonal stay, thank you.

Location was brilliant. Everything there was lovely. Host Debra was very friendly and helpful, very quick to respond to our queries.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. It was perfect for what we wanted.

Location excellent for everything and could even see the sea.

Water pressure in the kitchen is low but it didn't mar our stay

It was a lovely property, very well located in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the sea with a view of Brownsea Island. Great to have parking right outside. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The room was very comfortable. The kitchen was great with everything we needed.

We would prefer a top sheet on the bed as the weather was quite warm at night and too hot for the duvet. A sheet would have been nice. Also, maybe paint some lines on the driveway to show visitors where you would like us to park. Saves the neighbours getting cranky. Sad that the washing machine was not useable. Probably too many bottles of things in the bathroom and not enough storage of our own toiletries.
