House was very spacious and clean! Has practically everything you would need for your stay. Beds were very comfortable. Front yard is very nice. Lots of parking right outside. Great location.

Unfortunately, the bathroom has mold and humidity is an issue on the bottom floor. You are provided a couple of rolls of toilet paper, and a trash bag, you are expected to buy more after that.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Wir mochten das Haus sehr und würden es wieder buchen.

Die Küche ist eigentlich gut eingerichtet allerdings könnte an den Pfannen hier und da eine Schraube nachgezogen werden oder die Messer geschärft werden. Die Spülmaschine wusch nicht sauber.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus. Perfekt für 2 Personen.

Es ist immer wieder schön, dort zu sein. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause!

Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, ein defektes Gerät wurde noch am selben Tag ausgetauscht, auch gibt es neue Fenster welche die Geräusche der Straße nahezu komplett isolieren, ein Vorhang wäre hier evtl noch gut, da es auch Nachts durch die Straßenbeleuchtung sehr hell im Schlafzimmer ist. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter

Leider gibt es einen Renovierung Stau, insbesondere im Bad welches eigentlich nur durch einen Sichtschutz von Schlafzimmer getrennt ist, Das Bett hat nicht wie in der Beschreibung 151-180 cm sondern nur 140 in der Breite, mit einer Länge von nur 190 cm, für Personen ab 188 cm leider zu kurz. Die Entfernung zum Strand sind keine 100 Meter sondern 4x so viel, störte uns nicht , nur der Information für nachkommende Gäste

The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the beach and the supermarket. There is a public parking lot in front of the apartment. It is easy to communicate with the host.

I am sorry for the low score I gave, but I was a bit disappointed when I arrived. The bedroom was on the lower floor, very humid and not well ventilated. The windows were not sound-proofing or light-proofing. As the apartment was next to a public parking lot, many cars would pass by or simply park in front of the windows, creating a lot of noise. I also found the pictures on booking a bit misleading, as the lighting was not good in the apartment, even during the day.
