Worse property I've ever stayed in avoid at all costs!! Unequipped kitchen with only a few mugs and wine glasses nothing else, induction hob with no induction pans so unusable. Dirty mattresses, dirty towels and a toilet that could do with a clean. Singles curtin at the window so light coming in and a hole in the living room curtain. My 2 year old daughter found an old fruit stone in the living room where it hadn't been cleaned properly. The grass was so long the garden was unusable and no sign of the bbq that was advertised. You do not expect to book a property to stay in when taking your 2 year old to peppa pig world and find a knife amnesty box round the corner. Location and property were unsafe and unclean. I have asked for a refund which has been refused and booking.com continuing to advertise this property, absolutely disgusting!

GBThe price was unbeatable and the friendliness of the staff was great. Parking was on the driveway directly outside the property.
Windows and top of the cooker could do with a clean. The TV was hard to use and kept going to standby.

No concerns everything was perfect.
GBAlthough the house is on an Estate/ bus route - it was really quiet and we had no noise disturbance . The bed we slept in was comfy and the bedding all appears to be brand new . The house is clean overall - but is tired in places . It still offers really good value for money .
The house is tired in places - eg carpets marked . The grass needs cutting . (About a foot tall ) TV difficult to navigate as no terrestrial tv .
