Bedding was stinking very bad and the curtains were dirty, bed bugs on the third room (single beds)🥲 we had to share 2 bedrooms, of which their beds are also not comfortable. How I wish they can use white linen on the beds not brown sheets 😩. The main bathroom door needs attention, the hand soap was too small and they only provided one toilet paper roll🥲

Spacious and comfortable, free standing fan was a blessing! Dishwasher a plus. Close proximity in walking distance to the beach a plus.

Parking is very tight, especially for larger vehicles. Dangerous main road crossing for beach goers, a safe designated crossing is needed. [i.e. zebra crossing.] 4 pudding bowls provided, unit should cater for 6 as specified. One coffee stick, provided. No lock on the front security gate. We struggled to unlock and lock front door with key. It was sticking. No cleaning product provided to wipe down sink, counter tops. Just a bit of constructive criticism, nothing major!

Convenient location.

The floors were sticky and lights did not work, bathroom door could not close. Decor is oudated and dusty, sliding doors hard to open. Urgently needs a big dose of TLC.

Everything about the place

There's no Broom nor Mop to clean for ourselves n the fact there's no noise allowed

Great location near the beach and Nina's. Well-equipped with everything we needed.

We found it a bit inconvenient to pick up and return the keys from / to a different location (security company). Also we had some issues handling the alarm system and the gates, and found the explanations from the security company not very clear. To be fair this might have been due to us not understanding the instructions and not being used to gated communities and alarm systems.
