Axis-Luxury Two Bedroom with Ocean and Mountain views

The property was close to the beach and was easy to find

The lift from the parking to the floor which we were staying was not working, it couldn't even go to the reception floor so we eventually walked to the reception floor and used the lift which was there. The parking is very scary and having to walk to the reception made things worse. The rooms use card to open door but the card was not working and there is a keyhole but that was sort of damaged and the whole place just didn't look like it was worth what you are paying. So the experience before getting into the room was already a bit off. After getting into the room it was very average and even thought the overall cleanliness of the room was better than outside i was already put off. In the main bedroom there was no actual curtain on the window and only had the lining which allows all light to come into the room. you can see the curtain was removed and not returned. The other window that lead to the balcony had a curtain but had black eyeliner stains...

We booked the accommodation for a week and we're requested to move to another apartment after in the middle of our holiday. This was not communicated at the beginning; only communicated when we were checking in. Our belongings were also removed from the original apartment without our permission; after the agent indicated that we can move them when we come back from the site visit. They also over sold the idea of ocean view.
