Pretty close to the airport, bathroom was clean

The room smelled bad, like mold There was food leftovers at my door probably from the previous person who stayed there and no one bothered to remove it before or even after I was checked in there In the bathroom, some of the toiletries were opened, like a toothbrush, or an used razon left in the shower

The staff and location and the food On top of that the rooms were squeaky clean and the bed was super comfortable And how can i forget, The warm welcome as you step into the property

Stay was good..enjoyed jacuzzi

My partner forgot her sari & blouse in on of the cupboard.actually sari wasn’t that expensive but my wife’s emotional attachment was way higher than the price..My wife was very upset.upon asking room service they clearly denied that they could not anything..Taj is such a reputed brand I do not expect this sort of cheap customer service..your staffs are not trustworthy..I will think 10 times before book your hotel..
