"Horrible beds, lovely staff, reasonable breakfast"

The hotel was quiet and far enough away from the hubbub to have some peace in the evenings, but was only 10 minute walk away from the major central locations. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was also very decent.

The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, as if after a long day at Angkor Wat you wanted to be reminded of the stone walkways so decided to sleep on an uneven, lumpy slab without any spring whatsoever. I asked to swap rooms and tried 2 other beds which were identical. My back is sore after 4 nights here. I also cannot fathom how this is a 5 star hotel.

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, super behulpzaam. Heerlijk zwembad.

Mogen wel wat meer ligbedden bij het zwembad komen.

Everything in this hotel was exceptional, rooms were lovely, big and clean, good variety of food for breakfast, staff were so nice we checked out early for the temples and we didn’t take as long and they gave us our room back to get some sleep and freshen up, was really nice
