BEIt was very close to the metro and in a calm and quiet area.
It was nice that there were Futon beds but also a bit annoying having to remove them if you want to be able to sit on the table and have breakfast. But in the end we had the original experience so it was nice!
SGOne thing I don't quite like about proper hotels is that they have daily cleaning and usually at 10 am, which forces me to wake up and leave early. Even though this is an apartment stay, they still provide cleaning once every few days and refill tea bags and toilet paper, which is something most other apartment stays don't do. The owner was very friendly too. The room was very clean.
Have to walk like 10 minutes to reach the train station. But otherwise, location was decent.

AUStaff were very helpful and friendly. Comfy with a washing machine which is a plus.
Location is a bit out of the way and in Wintertime the paths are super icy coming up to the accommodation so be very careful!!
HUNice neighborhood, with a convenience store right across the street. The owner was very kind and helpful. The Japanese-style room had a good atmosphere.
Could've been closer to the city center, but at least the subway station was only about 10 minutes away that took us there.

USOverall the lodging was great and matched the description. We knew that there are tatami mats instead of beds so we were not surprised. The room came with everything you need - microwave, fridge, plates, cups, utensils, hair dryer, fan. Note: get directions to 7/11 northeast of Nissho Junior High School and it will be there.
There was no AC but we also were aware of that too before booking. Just be aware if you get really hot and must have AC. The host explained that ACs are rare in Hokkaido, likely because it doesn't get as hot as the rest of Japan there. The location is good in that it isn't far from a subway station. However if you wanted to be closer to Sapporo Station or Odori Station, then this is a few stops away.
AUThe owner was really lovely and gave us advice on where to go, I felt very at home there. Definitely going back
