We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean and had everything you need. Good location, close to shopping mall, restaurants. Beautiful view over the lake and sea.

The couches was a bit uncomfortable.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean spotless 👌 it was a nice experience will definitely go back on my next visit. Internet not an issue you are connected from every corner of the house.

Location is great,closer to everything

Property facilities, pictures were deceiving,what's displayed is not what you get. This property is not worth the money we paid for,very disappointing

On my way to the property a lady by the name of Nonto phoned and asked me to contact her as soon as i arrived. I phoned,she told me someone will bring the key,a gentleman came,gave me the key and just told me to take lift to sixth floor and look for room number 604,he asked the security lady to show me the lift and then he left. On our way to the lift the security lady was saying things like its not her job she is doing me a favor,the agent suppose to do that. Messages with more info came in,mind you my car is parked outside i don't even know where parking number 61 is, we had to return back from our way to the lift to now show me parking no 61, then back to my car. I got uncomfortable as the lady kept on saying she is not suppose to do all this,called Nonto,told her how i feel,she told me her child is sick she's at hospital

That the inbook at this property can be much easier and that the person at reception must be aware of guest coming in

Nothing - Not good value for money!!!! Bad location. Squatters camping in the car park in front and located behind a busy shopping center so streets and car security gate continually blocked by taxis. Didn’t see email Re arrival times etc (we were on the plane at the time) so had to wait >30min for apartment manager to arrive with key. Trying to go up to the apartment which was located on 6th floor was impossible. Lift kept getting stuck and returning to ground floor which frightened my daughter. Other lift was completely broken. Told by management lifts would only be repaired in three days time. Apartment’s front door also stuck. International travellers with >20kg bags each - was not realistic going up via the stairs. Each flat has the ascetics of a prison cell with huge steel security gates adding to our security concerns. Some flats even had newspapers for curtains. Owner unreasonable and therefore would not recommend to anyone. We eventually had to find other accommodation for the 6 days and also had to commit to it so couldn’t stay at this apartment or cancel it, which means we lost a lot is money for nothing! Other location was a holiday resort in safer area and cost us less.
