This big and very nice property is the best ever! Amazingly comfortable, well equiped, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is right in front of the beach in Arrecife. The big windows in the living room give a breathtaking view of this amazing city that is Arrecife. The property is so comfortable that we could all sleep like in a dream land. The kitchen is a dream and gave us the great experience of amazing dinner within the family. Also there are Cafés and restaurants all around. The walks through the beach promenade are amazing. There are also many bus connections very near to visit other amazing regions of Lanzarote which is definitely a must. This property is perfect for families!

Great location, right ontop of the beach. CLose to some fantastic resurants. Good parking in the public garage opposite, if you pay for the week upfront its much cheaper! It was a great base for us to explor the island.

Its above a canabis shop and club, there was a strong smell at the evening and weekend. The weekends were a little noisy ar night too. The managing agent was slow to come back to us at the weekend.

Location location location - right opposite the beach, 12 mons from airport, fabulous Tapas Bar right underneath the appt, shops within short walk. Amazing Spa facilities at Hotel opposite, 3 mins from great Cocktail bar - and all the restaurants were amazing. Due to the location, not heavily catering to the Tourists, we were mingling with the locals - thus was so much more authentic. The appt pics on the website do not do the Appt justice, as it is so much bigger than it appears. Better equipped than at home, the hosts have thought of absolutely everything - the facilities are absolutely superb, and the view from the Sitting room window looks straight across to the beach, and the most stunning sunsets. Didn't want to leave, and will definitely be booking again.

The apartment is directly above a cannabis club, which meant the bathrooms and bedrooms had a strong cannabis smell and we were woken every night during the night as club goers were leaving the venue.

Excellent location and very close to the beach. The host is quick to respond with any queries and was very helpful.

The beach doesn't have sun loungers so it would be great if some beach chairs were in the apartment. This is my only criticism, everything else was great.
