Le lieu , le jardin, l'amabilité du personnel,les piscine. Tout est fait pour un moment de detente et de relaxation mais

Il est regrettable que le.personnel n est pas jugé bon d'intervenir auprès de clients propriétaires de deux chiens agressifs qui n'ont jamais pris soin de de les tenir en laisse. La meilleure manière incorrecte de s'approprier les lieux et cela a gâché notre deuxième expériencedans cet établissement. On a l impression que cela est auto gere sans manager pour guider les équipes...
