Gera vieta, ramu. Gerai įrengta ir erdvi virtuvė su daug buitinės technikos. Butas švarus. Visada yra, kur pasistatyti automobilį.

Buvo drėgna, todėl dažnai tekdavo naudoti šildytuvą. Tačiau problema ta, kad įjungus šildytuvą kartu su kita buitine technika, pavyzdžiui, plaukų džiovintuvu ar virduliu, dingdavo elektra. Be to, skalbimo mašina leidžia vandenj.
