Rückerstattung des Zimmerpreises

Ich kann nichts zu dem Zimmer sagen. Wir sind nicht reingekommen. Haben mehrere Emails bekommen und bei einer war ein Link, den wir hätten bestätigen müssen, um den Code für die Tür zu aktivieren. Ein anderes System, wie ich es bei den WMM Hotels gewohnt bin. Daher ging es schief. Erreichen konnten wir niemanden, da wir spät angereist sind. Das niemand zu erreichen ist, ist tatsächlich ein großes Problem. Haben dann ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen. War alles recht nervig. Zum Glück haben wir den Zimnerpreis erstattet bekommen.
