Seit Wochen warte ich auf meine Rechnung. Eine Mitarbeiterin namens Frau Kardou hat sich zwar gemeldet und versprochen, diese zu schicken, doch dieses Versprechen wurde nicht eingehalten. Zusätzlich hebt telefonisch niemand ab. Ein solches Verhalten ist ein Unding und für ein Hotel absolut unprofessionell. Sollte ich weiterhin keine Rechnung erhalten, werde ich gezwungen sein, weitere Schritte zu prüfen.
