Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare, parcheggio interno. Pulito e funzionale Gentilissima la proprietaria nella consegna delle chiavi.

Internet wi fi non presente e rete mobile lenta. Manca A/C forse necessaria in periodi più caldi.

L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito,comodo e molto spazioso, è fornito di tutto quello che può servire (phon, lavatrice, stendino...). Ci sono anche 2 balconi dove volendo si può mangiare fuori, c'è un tavolo con 4 sedie. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile,corretta e professionale. La posizione dell' appartamento è a pochissimi metri dal mare e nelle vicinanze c'è una bellissima spiaggia libera per cani e il quartiere è ricco di servizi come il supermercato a meno di 1 km.

La posizione è ottima sotto molti punti di vista. Parcheggio disponibile e comodo, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi sotto una pineta piacevole soprattutto con il caldo, posizione ottimale per raggiungere montesilvano e vicino a supermarket per qualunque esigenza. L'appartamento è spazioso comodo e pulito.

Siamo capitati in giorni molto caldi e purtroppo i ventilatori forniti non hanno reso le notti piacevoli. Suggerisco un condizionatore.
