Location was good Staff was kind our rooms (two) were decent

Felt like we we're the only once in the hotel and as if no one cares for keeping it in shape Spa was closed. Lot of Restaurants and Bars inside are closed

view and location was about the only good thing here but not worth the price

very very very noisy. blasting kareoke from multiple people outside on the promenade. pool tiny breakfast terrible not worth the price absolutely terrible wifi. only place could i get wifi was in the lobby, which isnt helpful

Great hotel. Good hostesses, they gave me a free room upgrade, which is very cool. Great and different breakfasts with a gorgeous view of the bay. Super.

The topbar had no service. Karoake room was not in working condition. The photos do not justify the current look

Very good value for comfortable rooms and a great view. Friendly staff, and a good breakfast, would recommend.

The staff tried to make things right, they were honest about the poor facilities and when they could tried to help, such as giving a key instead of room card. They were helpful with transport. The place was slightly run down but clean.

The advertised facilities were not operational. No sky bar, closed unclean pool, no WiFi. Broken AC. Broken door locks. Breakfast was very poor on the first day but on the second it was more an expected. There was incredibly loud music all night, with thin windows this made sleeping very difficult. The room service food was very poor quality for the price.
