The pictures of the room in the website were not matching with the actual room I was provided with. Room was too small and not that luxurious or classy just a normal room. I couldn't take a picture of the room coz we were so tired and busy preparing for our online semester exams. [ 3rd floor Room no: 404]. No complementary were provided not even basic towel or soap. They did charge for a bottle of water which we had to ask for as it was not provided in the room. Also the amount shown in the website was ₹479 with which I prebooked later turned out to be modified the day we reached the hotel and had to pay ₹1433 for a single night with free wifi and a "so called exceptional breakfast" ...Paratha with pickle and a cup of tea on the day of checkout! This felt like scamming as we travelled all the way from punjab to Delhi trusting the website "Booking.com" with proper calculation of our finances as students to go back to our hometown in Kerala after the Indo-pak war issues. I expect a refund for this scam and were scared to actually raise our voice in an unknown place against some unknown people. I reached back home today morning and I'm writing down here my review.
