- паркування є (безкоштовне) - Wi-Fi хороший - чайник без накипу - кондиціонер є, але неможливо дочекатись бажаної температури - ліжко зручне

- ремонт застарів - сантехніка стара - їжа дуже розрекламована, але по факту звичайна їдальня - вартість не відповідає якості, взагалі
