Napier Road Apartment - Own Access Driveway!

Location. Able to fit my family.

Just needed to check the oven elements as was not working but have advised the owner and was good. Still able to cook dinner so no drama

Bed was comfortable.

Photos are very misleading. Basically a do-it-yourself substandard shed. How they got away with planning permission for this beats me. Situated next to a highway, it was very noisy from road traffic. Has no insulation so on a baking hot day, it is like a sauna inside. One bedroom had no windows, so it was stuffy unless you left a door open to let air conditioning in, and the bathroom arrangement is just horrible.

It was SO clean and location is great. Perfect amenities for a family and easy access. Great communication.

Unfortunately it’s on a main highway so it was very noisy, and the car headlights shine right into the lounge. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable (possibly suited to a child). The shower temperature went from cold to burning hot and it was unable to be adjusted which was unfortunate. It was also very hot as unable to open windows due to road noise.

Great location! Super close to Havelock shops and also Blackbarn. Was very clean and well maintained. Prompt communication from owners. Great price. 2 bedrooms, 1 has a king bed and sunny windows, 1 smaller and no windows but queen bed, also has a pull out couch. Warm and has a heat pump.

No complaints but be aware google maps will try and get you to turn down Thompson Rd...dont! Stay on Napier road, property is on the corner.

Very comfortable and warm inviting space with all the amenities you would need for your stay. Pillows were perfect as it is often a point of concern; but not here. Plenty of great quality linen available. It is on a main road however was fairly quiet at night and had no problems sleeping. Extremely private.

We were in Hastings for the weekend attending my cousins wedding. House was beautiful. Had everything that we needed.

Only problem was there was no window for the 2nd bedroom. We had to keep the bedroom door open so air from the aircon could come through. Otherwise everything else was good.
